RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Bead & Soul, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
- Made-to-order items are non-refundable.
- If your item is defective, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
- Repairs: We offer free repairs for reasonable issues that are not caused by improper care. If your item needs repairing, please reach out, and we’ll assess the situation.

SHIPPING INFO
We ship worldwide via Canada Post!
- Ready-to-ship orders will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and custom orders.
- Made-to-order items will ship within 7-14 business days or sooner.
Packaging
We use protective padded envelopes and careful wrapping to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Whenever possible, we use recycled packaging to help reduce waste.
Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped as described unless otherwise requested. Please contact me before purchase if you need faster delivery or require any upgrades (such as additional insurance, tracking, or delivery confirmation). I can adjust the listing to reflect additional shipping charges.
Tracking Not Available for Certain International Areas:
*If you choose Lettermail (within Canada only), tracking will not be available, and we are not responsible for lost packages.
Estimated Shipping Times (please note that these are estimates and can vary during busier seasons):
- To the USA: 5-12 business days (Canada Post, no tracking included)
- Within Canada: 3-8 business days (Canada Post, no tracking included)
- International: 2-3 weeks (Canada Post, no tracking included)
Shipping Methods:
- Within Canada, I ship using Expedited or Flat Rate shipping, depending on the size of the order.
- For International orders, I use Tracked Packets with insurance coverage up to $100.
- Tracking: If you prefer tracking on your package, please ensure you select the Tracked option during checkout.
International Shipping:
- Items are shipped via Canada Post in bubble mailers. Tracking is available for an additional charge (please contact me for rates if you wish to add tracking).
- Expected delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks (often less), but please note that delays can sometimes occur at customs depending on your country's procedures.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as customs processing, high-volume seasons, or other external factors.

COMBINED ORDERS
If you place multiple separate orders within the same time frame, I can combine them and ship them together to save on shipping costs. If this occurs, I will issue a refund for any excess shipping charges once your orders are packaged and ready to ship.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you’ve made multiple purchases, and I will gladly take care of combining and refunding the shipping difference.
